根据《英国威廉希尔唯一官网国际学生奖学金管理规定》（温大行政发[2020]5号），结合学校实际情况，现将2024学年英国威廉希尔唯一官网国际学生单项奖学金申请工作通知如下：
一、申请对象
1.具有我校学籍的2021、2022、2023级来华留学全日制本科生和2022、2023级来华留学全日制研究生。
2.申请者未获得中国政府奖学金、浙江省政府奖学金、英国威廉希尔唯一官网学业奖学金等其他奖学金。
二、申请条件
1. 已缴清学费、住宿费、保险费等费用。
2. 出勤良好，旷课折算小于20课时。
3. 日常行为表现良好，无违反中国法律法规和校纪校规的行为。
4. 每位学生仅可申报一类单项奖学金，并需要提供相应的证明材料。
三、申报类别
1. 科技创新奖学金：积极参加科技创新和学科竞赛活动，具有科技以及学科创新成果或获得院级以上奖励的学生个人或团体。
2. 品德高尚奖学金：用于奖励思想品德高尚的学生、包括助人为乐、拾金不昧、见义勇为等，表现突出、影响较大。
3. 社会工作优秀奖学金：用于奖励任期满一学期以上的寝室长，班级、学院、社团、学校学生干部，或积极参加校内外社会工作，并在工作中有出色表现的学生。
4. 公益服务优秀奖学金：热心公益活动，积极参加青年志愿者活动，无偿为社会服务，表现突出或被评为院级以上“优秀青年志愿者”称号等。
5. 实践工作优秀奖学金：积极参加校内外勤工助学或各类社会实践活动（包括暑期社会实践、短学期实习等实践环节），成绩突出或获得院级以上先进个人或团体。
6. 体育优秀奖学金：非体育专业学生在院级以上体育比赛中获得前三名的个人或团体。
7. 文艺优秀奖学金：非专业学生在院级以上文学、艺术、演讲、辩论和摄影等活动中获得三等奖以上证书的个人或团体，为班级、学院、学校争得荣誉者。
8. 创业优秀奖学金：学生个人积极参加大学生创业实践活动和创意活动，具有较强的创业意识和创业精神；在院级创业计划大赛中获三等奖以上的学生个人或团体。
9. 学习进步奖学金：用于奖励学习进步明显，学业成绩总评分较上一学年在同专业年级中有较大进步，且未获得其他奖学金者。
四、单项奖学金名额及金额
名额以通过评审的情况而定，金额500-1500元/人。
五、评审程序
1. 各学院在国际学生中做好通知工作，鼓励符合条件的学生申报。
2. 2025年5月23日前，学生提交奖学金申请表及佐证材料到专业学院。
3. 2025年5月30日前，专业学院对学生提交的材料进行评审，并公示3天以上。
4. 2025年6月3日，专业学院将汇总的奖学金名单交至留管部（北校区3号楼225室），申请表及佐证材料由学院存档。
5. 国际学生奖学金及荣誉评审工作小组对名单最终确认，并报分管领导批准后学校发文。
六、其他说明
1. 各类奖学金需要提供相应证明材料。
2. 本通知以中文版本为准，英文翻译版仅帮助理解。当英文翻译与中文版内容有出入时，以中文版为准。

Notice on the Application for Wenzhou University International Students Special Scholarships for the 2024 Academic Year
In accordance with the Wenzhou University International Student Scholarship Management Regulations (WZU Administrative Document [2020] No. 5) and the university’s practical circumstances, the application process for the 2024 academic year International Students Special Scholarships is hereby announced as follows:
I. Eligibility
Applicants must be full-time international undergraduate students enrolled in 2021, 2022, or 2023, or full-time international graduate students enrolled in 2022 or 2023.
Applicants must NOT be recipients of other scholarships, including the Chinese Government Scholarship, Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship, or Wenzhou University Academic Scholarship.
II. Application Requirements
All tuition, accommodation fees, insurance fees, and other required fees must be fully paid.
Applicants must have a good attendance record, with absences equivalent to fewer than 20 class hours.
Applicants must demonstrate good conduct with no violations of Chinese laws, regulations, or university rules.
Each student may apply for only one category of scholarship and must provide supporting documentation.
III. Scholarship Categories
Science and Technology Innovation Scholarship: For individuals or teams actively engaged in innovation, scientific research, or discipline-specific competitions, with achievements or awards at or above the college level.
Moral Excellence Scholarship: For students with outstanding moral character, including acts of altruism, integrity (e.g., returning lost property), or bravery with significant positive impact.
Outstanding Social Work Scholarship: For dormitory leaders, class/campus organization leaders, or students excelling in campus or community service roles for at least one semester.
Outstanding Public Service Scholarship: For students dedicated to volunteer work, public welfare activities, or recipients of college-level or higher "Outstanding Youth Volunteer" honors.
Outstanding Practical Work Scholarship: For students excelling in part-time work, internships (e.g., summer programs, short-term practicums), or recipients of college-level or higher awards for individual/team achievements.
Sports Excellence Scholarship: For non-sports-major students or teams winning top three positions in college-level or higher sports competitions.
Arts and Culture Excellence Scholarship: For non-arts-major students or teams winning third prize or above in college-level or higher literary, artistic, speech, debate, or photography competitions.
Entrepreneurship Excellence Scholarship: For students or teams demonstrating strong entrepreneurial spirit and achieving third prize or above in college-level business plan competitions.
Academic Progress Scholarship: For students showing significant academic improvement compared to the previous year, with no other scholarships awarded.
IV. Quota and Amount
The number of recipients will be determined through evaluation. The award amount ranges from RMB 500 to 1,500 per person.
V. Application and Review Process
Colleges shall notify eligible international students and encourage applications.
By May 23, 2025: Students submit the scholarship application form and supporting documents to their major college.
By May 30, 2025: Major colleges review applications and publicize the results for at least 3 days.
By June 3, 2025: Colleges submit the finalized list to the International Student Affairs Office (Room 225, Building 3, North Campus). Application materials shall be archived by the college.
The International Student Scholarship and Honors Evaluation Committee will finalize the list and submit it for university approval.
VI. Additional Notes
Supporting documents are required for all scholarship categories.
This notice is issued in Chinese. The English translation is for reference only. In case of discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
